Caribbean Hot Sauce: Scotch bonnet chilli 40.6%, white onion 24.4%, vegetable oil, vinegar, garlic 5.6%, salt, white pepper.

Flaming BBQ Sauce: Water, tomato puree 18.6%, brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, rum, chillies 7%, garlic 7%, mustard 4.7%, salt.
