This Return & Refund Policy forms part of the FULL FEAST Terms of Service. By placing

an order with FULL FEAST Ltd (Company No. 09304222), registered at 38 Granby Court,

Bletchley, Milton Keynes, MK1 1NE, United Kingdom, you agree to the terms set out below.

Due to the perishable and hygienic nature of food products, our returns policy is limited.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act

2015 or other applicable UK law.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:


• The product must remain unopened and sealed

• The product must be unused

• The product must be in its original packaging

• You must provide proof of purchase


For food safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened food products unless the item is

faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.


Refunds will not be issued based on personal taste preference.


Return requests must be submitted by email to hello@fullfeast.com. Returns sent without

prior approval will not be accepted.

Unless the product is faulty, incorrect, or not as described, return shipping costs are the

responsibility of the customer.


In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, risk in the goods passes to you upon

delivery to the address provided at checkout.


Damages and Issues

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@fullfeast.com and provide:

• Your order number

• Clear photographic evidenceFailure to report issues within 48 hours may affect our ability to investigate the claim.

If your claim is approved, we will offer either a replacement or a refund to your original payment method. We reserve the right to request additional information before approving a claim.

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided at checkout, courier delays, or failure to store products according to packaging instructions after delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns of:

• Opened food products

• Products returned outside the 14-day window

• Sale items

• Gift cards

• Custom or personalized products

• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.

United Kingdom & European Union 14-Day Cancellation Rights

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or European Union, you have the statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.

However, this right does not apply to sealed food products that have been opened after delivery.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery. Returned goods must comply with the eligibility conditions stated above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

• Processing may take up to 10 business days

• Your bank or payment provider may require additional time

If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval, please contact us at hello@fullfeast.com.

Where payment was made using Shopify Payments, PayPal, Klarna, or other third-party instalment services, refunds will be processed back to the original provider in accordance with their terms.

FULL FEAST Ltd is not responsible for any interest, fees, or charges applied by third-party providers.

When you request a return or refund, we process personal information such as order details, payment confirmations, identity verification information, and communications in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Certain data may also be processed by Shopify to facilitate payment processing and refunds.

Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from returns or refunds shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
