Due to the perishable and hygienic nature of food products:
• We do not accept returns of opened food products. • Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they remain sealed and in original condition. • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect. • Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be made within 48 hours of delivery and supported by photographic evidence. • Refunds will not be issued based on personal taste preference.
