Shipping Policy
Great news, everyone can taste the flavours of the French Caribbean as we ship worldwide!
We will do all that we can to get your sauces to you as fast as we can and aim to ship all orders within 24 hours, when placed Monday – Friday 08:30 -17:30.  Orders placed after 12pm will usually be shipped on the next working day.Orders placed over the weekend may take 48 to be despatched.  Please get in touch if you would like your order prioritised.Shipping costs will be added to your order at checkout:Â
Order Tracking
A tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier and we will update your order with the tracking information. You may be contacted directly by the shipping carrier, keeping you updated on the despatch and delivery of your order.
Out of Stock
If an item you have ordered goes out of stock, we will contact you to check if you are happy to wait for the full order to be ready or whether you would prefer a refund.Partial shipment of your order will incur additional shipping costs.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
We do all that we can to ensure that your order reaches you intact and ready for you to use and of course, we prefer our customers to eat our sauces rather than return them! Items can not be returned if they have been opened.
How to Return an Item
Unless there is a manufacturing defect, your order must be returned in its original unopened and unused state within 14 days of purchase.Your original shipping costs will not be subject to a refund.
Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund.
