Perfect on grilled meat, fish, chicken or vegetables, it can even be used as a stir in pasta sauce or eaten as a Caribbean chimichurri with steak. Exotic Sauce: The perfect blend of passion fruit juice combined with chilli makes our Exotic Sauce fruity yet with a little kick! Spoon over leafy salads as a dressing or use as a base to canapés. Sauce Creole: The Full Feast homage to Sauce Creole with the holy trinity of green chilli, onion and pepper plays homage to our origin, Guadeloupe. Use it as a marinade, with salads or dipping. It's what puts the fire in our food and a smile on our face!
